Rules as published by each airline, checked 2026-10-11. Sort by name or by the maximum number allowed.

The rules every airline starts from

  • Carry-on only. Power banks never go in checked bags.
  • 100 Wh without approval; 101–160 Wh with airline approval; over 160 Wh not allowed.
  • ICAO, from 27 March 2026: two power banks per passenger on international flights, and no recharging them on board.

Airlines can be stricter, and many are. If your trip has several airlines, follow the strictest one.
